"Considering Spooner's ongoing attempts to kick the club's manager out of the marina, the option to post comments anonymously is probably a good idea but I'll be buggered if I'm going to be scared into keeping my mouth shut. The dredge situation is nothing short of a disgrace and everybody knows it. The "Dredging Soon" sign they have had displayed for literally the last 12 months is so old its letters are starting to fall off." Gary

Marina security?? What security? It was my boat "UPYERBUM" which had the name ripped off its stern. When I rang Greg Spooner to inform him of the vandalism his first comment to me was "Had my boat name or I offended any other boat owners?" To this I replied "You are implying that another boat owner ripped off my sign?" "Oh, it was very windy" was his reply...

We are not being unreasonable Mr. Spooner. Fix the depth issue. Fix the security. Your attitude "if you don't like it then move to another marina" is childish and stupid. I have been here for 13 years and plan to stay a lot longer along with my other SKMC friends, who will be held reponsible when one of us catches one of these lowlifes on our boats. It will happen Mr. Spooner. My fault? No Mr. Spooner - your fault. I am currently having my solicitor investigate my berthing agreement. - Colin
