Re: Marina Security & Parking Congestion
Self Closing Pier Row Gates
We have installed self closers to two pier row gates for evaluation. If they prove successful we will install them on all our pier row gates. As there is now more tension on these gates, handles will also be installed to assist in opening the gates from the outside.
North Gate Bollards
Thanks to arrangements made by Rollo of The Great Provider these bollards will be locked and accessed only by the Marina master (Residents) keys. These alterations will be done shortly.
Great Provider Driveway Congestion
Thanks again to Rollo of The Great Provider who is considering all aspects of congestion, safety and amenity, and is working on a number of ideas for improvement.
Marina Wet Pen Security
We are reviewing further options to improve security. Jack Jacobson from 'F' Row has been helpful with a number of suggestions. Nothing definite yet but I will keep you posted.
