Report # 10 - 28-11-08 - How another simple 20 hour service for a another new boat degenerated into another disaster for the boat owner.

We own a commercial boat business so it's vital that our boats are always in the best condition.  We pride ourselves on the condition of our vessels.

We gave St Kilda Boat Sales Service Centre one of our new boats for its 20 hour service.  After our experiences, we were sorry we did.

Things that were supposed to have been done weren't done.  And issues that hadn't been a problem suddenly were. 

Basically the boat came back and wasn't even operational.

We finally ended up taking the boat to another boat service centre and they promptly fixed everything the way St Kilda Boat Sales Service should done it in the first place.

Let's just say, we would also never use St Kilda Boat Sales Service Centre again.
