Report # 13 - 18-12-2008 - "The thug is also an idiot - and worse, a damn liar."

We've heard from a number of people that Andrew from St Kilda Service Centre is explaining his collision with JJ as follows:

"I saw him walking up to the gate on G-Row. As he exited the gate he was 'purving' at a couple of girls at The Great Provider. He didn't see me and I accidentally ran into him."

This is standard bullshit from this guy who's made denial (and we ain't talking about Egypt) an artform. Apart from the glaringly obvious flaws in his excuse, we'll let our readers comments do the talking:

"The guys is so stupid that he doesn't realise that by admitting he saw JJ long before he ran into him, and that JJ didn't see him, he's also admitting that he could have taken evasive action to avoid riding into him..." - Belinda

"What a lying bastard. We saw the whole thing. The guy intentionally changed direction to run into JJ and everyone saw it." - Joe

"Hang on a second.. If he's saying that he saw JJ before he ran into him, then why did he run into him, when he had plenty of time to avoid him?" - Nathan

"You're spot on Nathan. He's such an imbecile that he actually admits that he saw JJ before he ran into him, but doesn't seem to understand that this is a complete admission of guilt and intent. Typical." - Gary

"There's a road area and a separated walkway all the way along the marina gates area, so why did he change direction to ride down the walkway anyway?" - Glenn

"What sort of moron rides a bike at speed down a walkway reserved for pedestrians when there's a 50 foot wide carpark/road right there next to the walkway? There are people and kids everywhere. The guy is a fuck-head." - Mike

"The thing about liars is that eventually, they start to believe their own bullshit - just like in this situation. The problem for them is that when this happens, they are unable to understand why no-one else believes a word of it - and no-one does." - Pam

"Interesting that the same day this happened, a bloke walked off the street into our factory and ordered lockable fuel caps and engine bay access bars to protect his boat. Turns out he has also had major problems with the same guy from the service centre and as a result is now extremely concerned about the safety of his boat." - Kev

"My mates and I were at the marina as guests of another boat owner, and we saw the whole thing. We couldn't understand why the guy on the bike obviously rode into the pedestrian - until it was explained to us what is going on and how these guys operate. Then it all made sense." - Andrew

"Everyone saw and knows exactly what happened. The more he tries to lie his way out of what he did, the more foolish he looks. By the way, we're delighted that we can access our own marina's safety cam without having to go through St Kilda Boat Sales website who we refuse to deal with in any way. The safety camera is a great addition to the clubs site! Well done!" - Con

"The chutzpah of these guys continues to amaze.. Embarrassingly they are still claiming that access to the marina's new safety cam is exclusive to their site. Not sure if they are liars or simply dickheads." - Peter
