"I took delivery of my Caribbean 28 in the morning, and by the evening the batteries and engines were underwater and it was sinking. When I called Darren he told that they'd get onto it tomorrow. It's only thanks to another boat owner's 'input' to Darren over the phone that they finally organised their staff to come down that night and start urgent pumping. When the other boat owner got on the phone and told Darren that "if he waited till tomorrow the boat will have sunk", his reply was "Well thanks for getting involved in my business..."
