We value your privacy. St Kilda Marina Club never shares email addresses or customer information with any other party.

Delivery Policy:

Goods are ordered at the risk of the buyer and any and all delivery or postage charges applicable shall be born by the customer. Any relevant delivery or postal charges shall be clearly itemised on customers invoice.

Refund Policy:

St Kilda Marina Club does not offer refunds on membership subscriptions.

St Kilda Marina Club does not offer refunds on any products or services ordered via our website and supplied in good faith by St Kilda Marina Club. Buyer shall have two (2) business days to report in writing to SKMC any defects. Otherwise buyer deemed to have accepted products. If any defects, products must be returned to SKMC after written notice to SKMC, who shall replace the products (if SKMC agrees in its sole but reasonable discretion that a defect exists) as soon as possible. If after giving notice of defects to SKMC the buyer fails to return the products with defects within seven days, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted them. A defect will not be accepted by SKMC if products are tampered with or misused by buyer or a third party. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation from SKMC, and are at the risk of the buyer. Dates of delivery are anticipated only and SKMC accepts no liability for late or non-delivery for reasons beyond its control. Prices and packaging specifications are subject to change and may be varied by SKMC at any time.
